• Free shipping for all products to the United States and Canada
• International freight shipments cost $1000 for the first unit and $500/unit after the first
• International ground shipment cost $300/unit
• Domestic parts orders under $200 are charged a $14.95 shipping fee

• You may cancel your purchase for a fee of 5% of your subtotal if your order has not yet been picked up for shipment
• You may cancel your order for a fee of 15% of your subtotal if your order has been picked up for shipment, but has not yet been delivered

All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the day your order ships. This warranty covers anything that goes wrong with shipping (please mark any damage when signing for your order) and anything that goes wrong due to normal use of the machine. So long as the issues aren’t caused by blunt-force trauma, poor maintenance, or grossly improper use of our equipment, then we will send you your parts necessary to fix your equipment free of charge as well as walk you through installation if necessary.
