  • Why should I choose EZTRIM?
    EZTRIM has been in business since 2010 and has made a name for itself with staying on the cutting edge of innovation, producing equipment that have the highest quality returns, and top notch customer service. Often times, the person walking you through your purchase will be your liason to the company meaning you have a familiar and fast line of communication to the company
  • What kinds of products do you sell?
    EZTRIM sells “Gear for Growers” throughout all phases of the harvesting (and now growing) process. These products include multiple bud trimmers, a bud bucker, a bud sorter, curing/drying/climate equipment, a dry sifter, a rosin press, and a distillate machine.
  • How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?
    You must fill out our vendor application to get wholesale pricing. To qualify, you must be a hydro store, online retailer, distributor, or established consultant.
  • How do I obtain price sheets, a catalog, or other product information?
    If you need any materials whatsoever, simply reach out in the way that feels most comfortable for you. We are happy to provide materials to anyone who asks.
  • What is the minimum order size?
    There is no minimum order size.
  • Can you custom-manufacture products?
    There is no harm in asking about custom-built versions of our machines. The worst case scenario would be that we quote you a higher price for the customization than you would have hoped. Sometimes, we can make minor adjustments at no extra charge. Be sure to ask your sales rep if you have any requests.

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on a few variables. Expedited shipping is available at an extra, individually quoted cost. Freight shipments can sometimes be picked up a day early at staging warehouse.
  • How do I return an item?
    We do not accept refunds. If an item is damaged upon arrival due to shipping or manufacturer error, we will do what is necessary to fix the problem. Any warranty replacements are shipped with the standard speed option. If you want replacement parts overnighted, you must pay for it.
  • How do I order products to be shipped somewhere other than my home?
    When you place an item in your cart and checkout you can specify a different address to ship to other than what is listed on your profile.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order, please call the main office at (303) 635-6281 immediately. You may cancel an order up until your product has been shipped. Order cancellations will be refunded minus a 7% processing fee as well as an additional fee of $100 if the shipment has already been scheduled.
  • Can you ship directly?
    We can ship to just about any address around the world. Keep in mind that there is an extra $200 charge for freight shipping to a residential building.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    EZTRIM ships products all over the world. In fact, a few of our products have country specific power options available. The only difference in purchasing would be that there is no flat rate for international shipping. We must run a shipping quote for you before you can purchase.
